It was a lovely experience. The sauna was nice hot, the ice bath was cold even had an ice machine next to it Incase you wanted it colder which was a great addition. And there mineral bath was a great finish to the session.

Rebecca Mawson provided me with a wonderfully relaxing facial which included a foot soak and scrub and a beautiful head and neck massage whilst the face mask was doing its magic. The pressure she applied was perfect and the techniques she used were very enjoyable and relaxing. Rebecca explained the steps before we started so I knew what to expect. Definitely worth 5 stars!

My morning at the day spa was incredible. So relaxing and loved every moment there! Deanna was so wonderful and was a great masseuse ensuring I was happy and comfortable the whole time. My facial was also amazing! Will definitely be back! Thank you Deanna for a wonderful experience at Solace.

Came here for a couple day spa. Fantastic service. The staff were super friendly and professional. Definitley reccomend if anyone wants a little escape from life. Relaxing and amazing. Extra thanks to Claire and Lily! Will be back again

Love this spa! The bath house is such a great addition to treatments. Special mention to Lilly the masseuse who is amazing - but have had others who were wonderful also. Great location right at the beachfront so even arriving and leaving becomes part of the relaxation. Beautifully updated.

I had the loveliest massage and red LED light therapy at a Solace. It used to be called Vanilla Day Spa but this business was sold and has been taken over by new owners. The manager was very welcoming and informative and booked me in for a treatment on that day. Really appreciated. Claire from Cork who did my treatment was really lovely and I had a beautiful massage and face red light therapy. She was really knowledgeable and warm. After my treatment I enjoyed relaxing in their chill area with a lovely selection of tea, some fruit and chocolate. Very unexpected and indulgent. A special touch indeed. Thoroughly recommend Solace.

Solace Day Spa is a beautiful venue, calming, welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The staff are wonderful and genuinely caring, making you feel completely at ease from the moment you arrive. The facilities are outstanding. The sauna was excellent, the magnesium bath deeply relaxing and even the cold plunge was invigorating and well worth it. I also loved the dopamine shower, incredibly effective and uplifting. My massage therapist, Georgia was absolutely lovely, with a warm and caring nature and an excellent therapeutic touch that left me feeling both relaxed and renewed. Highly recommend this incredible wellness experience.
